2. Description of Service
BlooTrue provides AI-powered review management tools including:
- Review aggregation
- AI-generated response suggestions
- Review request email and SMS campaigns
- Reputation analytics and reporting
We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Generate fake or deceptive reviews
- Send unsolicited communications without consent
- Violate third-party platform policies
- Impersonate any person or business
- Upload malicious code
- Attempt unauthorized system access
You are fully responsible for all content sent or published through your account.
4. SMS Compliance
If using SMS features, you agree to comply with:
- TCPA (United States)
- CASL (Canada)
- GDPR (EU, where applicable)
- All other applicable messaging laws
You are solely responsible for obtaining lawful consent before sending messages.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Use of connected platforms is subject to their terms.
We are not responsible for API changes or third-party restrictions.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated responses are suggestions only.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before publication.
We do not guarantee compliance, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content.
7. Fees and Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Service belongs to BlooLab Technologies Inc.
You retain ownership of your business data.
You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Compatibility with third-party platforms
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or third-party service failures.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and BlooTrue.
