Absolutely amazing service! The team went above and beyond to help us. We saw a 40% increase in our Google reviews within the first month — and our storefront phone rings noticeably more on weekdays. Highly recommend to any local business looking to level up fast.

Great widget options. The slider on our homepage looks super clean and setup was under two minutes. Matches our brand colors perfectly after we tweaked the accent.

We switched from Elfsight and couldn't be happier. Unlimited views on the free plan is a game-changer — our old widget kept deactivating mid-month. Since swapping, our homepage conversion rate is up roughly 25% and social-proof above the fold finally converts like it should.

Install took under a minute. Customers trust the page instantly once they see real Google reviews — our bounce rate dropped noticeably the same week.

The star-rating filter is brilliant. We switched to paid just for that — showing only 5-star reviews keeps our testimonials page looking pristine while new feedback quietly flows into the backend where we can still read the 3/4-star ones to improve.

Clean design, zero config headaches. Loads fast on mobile and doesn't fight with our Tailwind styles. Looks like it was built for our site.

Sample reviews. Connect your own business in the configurator to preview with your real ones.

A carousel trades visibility for space

That trade is the whole decision. A carousel occupies the height of one review card no matter how many reviews you have, which is why it fits into a homepage between two other sections without pushing everything down the page.

The cost is that a visitor sees one review unless they wait or click. Most do neither. So a carousel shows your best review to everyone and your other reviews to almost nobody, which is fine if the first one is strong and a waste if your case rests on volume.

The version people get wrong is setting the auto-advance too fast. If it moves before an average reader finishes the card, it is decoration rather than social proof.

Choosing

When to Use It, and When Not To

Use it when

  • The section sits between other homepage content and cannot be tall.
  • You have one or two reviews that are clearly better than the rest.
  • Reviews are short enough to read in the time one slide is on screen.
  • The page already has a lot of vertical content competing for attention.

!Pick something else when

  • Your argument is volume. Two hundred reviews shown one at a time reads as two reviews.
  • The reviews are long. A carousel that advances mid-paragraph is worse than no carousel.
  • It is the only social proof on a landing page where the decision gets made. Use a grid.
  • Your audience is heavily mobile and the slide is taller than the viewport.
Placement

Where to Put It

1

Homepage, below the hero

The most common and the most defensible. It gives a visitor proof early without spending the whole fold on it.

2

Above the footer on a service page

Catches people who scrolled the whole page and are deciding whether to call.

3

In a narrow column

A carousel handles a 300px column better than a grid, which collapses to one column anyway and then just becomes a long list.

Questions?

Reviews Carousel & Slider Widget FAQ

What is the difference between a carousel and a slider?

Nothing. They are two words for the same layout and both are searched roughly as often. The configurator calls it Slider.

How fast should the carousel advance?

Slow enough to finish reading the card, which for a typical review is around seven seconds. The default is set there. Faster looks lively and communicates nothing.

Does a carousel hurt SEO?

The reviews in a BlooTrue widget load in the iframe with an indexifembedded directive, so the visible slide is not a ranking problem in the way a hidden-content carousel would be. If you want the text itself on your page for crawlers, inline the content endpoint server-side instead.

Can visitors swipe it on mobile?

Yes. Touch dragging works and the pagination dots stay tappable.

Can I show more than one card per slide?

Use the grid layout with one row instead. That gives you several cards visible with the same horizontal paging behaviour.
