Many answers are already in the help center: installing the widget, a widget that does not show, how reviews update, plans and refunds.
- Getting a widget live. Each widget page has install guides for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace and 50+ more website builders, and the docs walk through setup step by step. If the widget still does not show, send us the page address and the builder you use.
- Plans and billing. Every account starts on the free plan. Pricing lists what each paid plan adds.
- Partnerships, agencies and enterprise licensing. Use the form and tell us what you have in mind.
