Free Review Widget for Any Website

Looking for the best free review widget? BlooTrue is a free review widget platform that lets you embed a Google review widget, Yelp review widget, Facebook review widget or a widget for any of 20 review platforms on any website in about a minute. Each review widget includes unlimited widget views on every plan (even free) and 100+ widget styles across slider, marquee, grid, list, masonry and badge layouts; schema.org JSON-LD for Google rich snippets is included on paid plans. Every review widget works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Framer, and any HTML-compatible website.

What is a review widget?

A review widget is an embeddable component that displays your customer reviews from Google, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot or another review platform directly on your website. Review widgets build trust with visitors by showing real social proof. BlooTrue's review widget is free, requires no coding, and includes unlimited page views on every plan.

Which review sources does the BlooTrue review widget support?

BlooTrue supports 20 review platforms: Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Airbnb, Angi, Glassdoor, Agoda, BBB, OpenTable, Capterra, G2, Indeed, TrustRadius, Clutch, Expedia, Booking.com, Etsy, Google Play. Each platform has its own review widget page under /widgets/, for example /widgets/google (Google review widget), /widgets/yelp (Yelp review widget) and /widgets/trustpilot (Trustpilot widget, free for 7 days). Start with whichever platform has the most reviews today. On Starter and higher plans the all-in-one widget (/widgets/all-in-one) blends several platforms into one embed.

Which website platforms does the review widget work on?

BlooTrue review widgets install in 60 seconds on WordPress (via Gutenberg, Classic Editor, or sidebar widget), Shopify (any theme section), Wix (HTML embed element), Squarespace (Code Block), Webflow (Embed element), and Framer (HTML embed). The one-line embed code also works on GoDaddy, Weebly, Ghost, Duda, plain HTML, React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, Svelte, Gatsby, and any platform that accepts JavaScript embed codes.

Is the review widget really free?

Yes. The free review widget plan includes 1 widget with unlimited views and no credit card requirement (Trustpilot widgets are free for 7 days, then need a paid plan). Paid plans start at $7/month and add more widgets, branding removal, daily auto-sync, schema.org markup for rich snippets, and full customization.

SEO + AI schema · paid plans

Get golden stars in Google search results

On paid plans, every BlooTrue widget injects schema.org Review + AggregateRating JSON-LD straight into your page — so Google and AI answer engines can read your ratings and reviews as structured data, and your pages become eligible for star-rating rich snippets. (Google treats a business's own reviews on its own site as "self-serving" and doesn't guarantee stars for them — product/service reviews are the most reliably eligible; either way your reviews become machine-readable for search and AI.)

4.9
(127)
This is what your customers see when they Google you — powered by BlooTrue's JSON-LD.
  • Zero config — it just works

    The moment you embed a BlooTrue widget, JSON-LD markup is injected automatically. No extra tags, no developer time.

  • Google Rich Results valid

    Every field follows Google's current structured-data guidelines — LocalBusiness, AggregateRating, and Review — so it passes the Rich Results Test out of the box.

  • Standalone schema endpoint Paid plans

    For star ratings to appear under your parent page's blue link in Google, search engines need the schema on the parent page itself — iframe-embedded schema is not propagated to the host page. Paid plans expose a JSON-LD endpoint per widget that you drop into your<head>for SERP rich snippets on product, landing, or legacy pages. Schema markup is a paid feature: free-plan widgets display your reviews but don't emit JSON-LD, so free pages aren't eligible for rich snippets.

What gets injected automaticallylive
<script type="application/ld+json">
{
  "@type": "LocalBusiness",
  "name": "Your Business",
  "aggregateRating": {
    "ratingValue": "4.9",
    "reviewCount": "127"
  }
}
</script>

Star-snippet visibility is ultimately decided by Google — valid schema is a prerequisite, not a guarantee. BlooTrue ships the markup; Google decides which queries get stars. For SERP rich snippets to appear under your parent page's link, the schema must be served on the parent page itself — that's what the standalone JSON-LD endpoint (paid plans) is for. Schema markup is a paid feature, so free-plan widgets display your reviews but don't emit JSON-LD. Independent studies find pages with valid review schema see materially higher click-through rates than plain listings.

Questions about picking a widget?

Quick answers to the decisions most people hit first.

Does BlooTrue limit how many times my reviews widget can be viewed?

No. Every BlooTrue plan, including the free plan, includes unlimited widget views. Your reviews are never hidden or paused for hitting a monthly view limit — unlike some competitors that cap free widgets. Elfsight, for example, caps free widgets at around 200 views/month and then deactivates them; BlooTrue keeps your widget live no matter how much traffic your pages get.

How do I update my free widget with new reviews?

Free widgets show your latest 10 reviews from the day you created them and don't get new ones — the widget keeps working on your site, it just stays on that snapshot. New reviews sync every day with Starter ($7/month or $60/year), which also gives you a Sync now button in the dashboard, more of your reviews on the widget instead of the latest 10, no BlooTrue badge, and the premium styles and animations. Upgrade from Billing in your dashboard; your embed code stays the same.

Which review source should I pick first?

Start with the source where you already have the most reviews. For most local businesses that's Google — Google reviews carry the strongest SEO weight and generate star-rating rich snippets in search results. Service businesses and online stores often have their strongest profile on Facebook; Yelp is best for restaurants, retail, and service-area businesses with an active Yelp presence; software companies usually start with G2 or Capterra, and hotels with Booking.com, Expedia or Airbnb. You can embed more than one source on the same website, or blend them into one all-in-one widget on Starter and up.

Does one widget work across multiple websites?

Each widget generates a single embed code. You can paste the same code on as many pages as you want within one website with no extra cost — all views are unlimited. If you run multiple separate websites on the free plan, you'll need to create one widget per site. Starter ($7/month) and higher plans let you create 3+ widgets for multi-site use.

Can I show reviews from more than one source on the same page?

Yes, two ways. On any plan, create a widget for each source (one Google widget, one Yelp widget, one Facebook widget) and paste each embed code where you want it. On Starter ($7/month) and up, the all-in-one widget blends several platforms into a single embed — every card carries its source badge and the header can show each platform's own rating — so the page shows one wall of social proof instead of three separate blocks.

Is there a widget for my specific website platform?

Yes. BlooTrue widgets work on any platform that accepts HTML embed codes — that's WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Framer, GoDaddy, Weebly, Ghost, Duda, HTML, React, Next.js, and dozens more. We publish platform-specific install guides for 56 website builders (see the directory above). If your platform isn't listed, the generic embed code still works — just paste it into any HTML block.
