Report a review or send a legal notice

Report a review

• On the business page, open the menu on the review (the three dots) and choose Report.
• Tell us which rule you think it breaks and why.
• Leave your email address if you want to hear what we decide. It is optional and never shown.

The review stays visible while we check it. If it breaks the review rules, we remove it and tell the person who wrote it.

Send a legal notice

If you believe a review is unlawful, for example because it is defamatory or exposes private information, email info@bloolab.com with "Legal notice" in the subject line and include:

• your name and how to reach you
• the link to the business page, and the date and reviewer name shown on the review
• what in the review is unlawful, and why
• how it concerns you, for example you are the person named, the business owner, or their lawyer
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate

We confirm we have your notice, may ask the person who wrote the review for their side, and tell you what we decided.
