Great experience with All American Restoration. Tod the project manager showed up within an hour after we discovered a slab leak and immediately began the drying process. He worked directly with my insurance company same day so I could avoid the hassle of calling and waiting online. He stayed in touch during the entire process.
His crew came back over several day to finish the mitigation. Great work AND communication from Paul, Nate and Josh as they came over several days to check the moisture readings and ensure the drying was being completed. They always called ahead of time so I could be home for their arrival, and they were careful, clean and ALWAYS answered my many questions. A great group of professionals. Highly recommend All American Restoration!
I cannot say enough great things about All American Restoration. Joel and his team were absolutely incredible from the very beginning. After experiencing water damage in my home, they responded immediately, assessed everything quickly and thoroughly, and had equipment in place the same day.
What truly stood out was how they handled everything seamlessly—they took measurements, started mitigation right away, and even helped guide me through the insurance claim process, which made a stressful situation so much more manageable.
I honestly don’t know what I would have done without them. Now that the mitigation process is complete, I’m continuing to work with their team on the full restoration of my home, and I feel completely confident moving forward with them.

I am pleased to report and commend All American Restoration for the outstanding step by step assistance provided to me by Joel Carriere and his assistant Paul upon finding a burst water pipe in my kitchen wall that destroyed dry wall and cabinets and more. They were able to guide me through the house insurance process that would have proved difficult for me as a senior widow going through cancer treatments. They both were profession, efficient, and personable. You can tell that they take pride in doing a good job. They carefully wrapped and packed up all my dishes etc from my cabinets and always left everything clean when their work was completed for the day. I highly recommend All American Restoration if all their employees possess the same work ethics as Joel and Paul.

My first time dealing with an home insurance claim. Joel was extremely help and explained to me the entire process. He helped me file a the claim and walked me through every step. He was patient and sympathetic. He was always on top of things and very good with communicating with me. Joel and his team did an excellent job with the cleanup and taking care of little things. Very happy and satisfied with the entire process.

First time ever dealing with a major home insurance issue. We had a slab leak in the middle of my house and All American was referred to us and we met Joel. This company was great- very professional, communicative and great follow up. They helped us deal with this major problem and guided us through the overall process abs next steps. Will refer this company and especially Joel to anyone that has to go through something like this. I was so happy and relieved to have great customer service in this situation!!

Joel from all America restoration came in and handled things like a boss
It was awesome. I was having a rough time with the flood in my house from a previous company and Joel came in and contacted my adjuster for me very persistently and made sure they weren’t cutting corners. Honestly this guys just loves what he does and know all the ins and outs. It was cool knowing my insurance company wasn’t gonna take advantage of me.
