Our 8-year-old has been taking lessons with Baja Wind and Water Sports in La Ventana for 2 seasons in a row now, and her progress has been incredible! 🌊☀️ Ilaria is such a wonderful instructor — fun, engaging, patient, and amazing with kids. She makes every lesson exciting while building confidence and skills so naturally. Watching our daughter improve so quickly and genuinely love being out on the water has been the best experience. We’ll absolutely continue lessons next season! Highly, highly recommend for anyone looking for a supportive and positive learning environment in La Ventana 🤍

Great experience for my first wing/foil lessons. Emily worked around my schedule and made sure I got out there and Jim was a fantastic coach. Hilaria was supportive and fun and I learned a lot just watching her teach others. Amazing group that made the experience next level fun. Can’t wait to get back!

We had a great week learning to wing foil with Baja Wing. We booked a week-long camp with 5 total students. The instructor to student ratio was never more than 2:1 on the water. Illaria, Emily, and Jim were knowledgeable, helpful, and did everything in their power to make the most of the wind conditions to get us out on the water as much as possible. They were genuinely the most kind and fun humans who made sure we had a fantastic time in La Ventana. For those considering a camp with Baja wing, the accommodations were comfortable and food was delicious. Emily arranged the best lunches from various restaurants around town. I would definitely book another week (or more) with Baja Wing.

Baja Wing is THE place to learn to wingfoil in La Ventana. I took three days of lessons with Jim. I felt safe and supported and encouraged - not to mention I stood up on my very first day. I only progressed from there - after my lessons, I rented their equipment and took off on foil! Emily and Ilaria are angels - they are outstanding business owners and kind people. I cannot imagine a better decision for getting started on my journey toward foiling.

I recently spent a week in La Ventana and did 4hrs of wingfoil lessons with Baja Wing, as did several other ladies in my group (ranging from 30-60years old!). I have never been on a wingfoil before, but Ilaria made it very approachable and was able to help me enjoy my first time out on the water!
