Derrick is an absolutely awesome realtor and property manager! We were lucky to live in a home managed by him and any problem we had, no matter how large or small, he was able to IMMEDIATELY manage, quickly, hassle-free, politely, and without any problems. Even on weekends, during holidays, when he was traveling, and when we were traveling. As a realtor, he handles every transaction quickly and hassle-free, and he is extremely knowledgeable about the overall market, codes/laws/regulations, different areas across the whole region, real estate financing, home repairs/remodeling, and everything you might think to ask about related to buying/selling/leasing a property. I cannot recommend Derrick enough!

In the current housing market, buying a home is a challenging endeavor. With this out of control market, especially in Orange County, your dollar has to stretch to the point of breaking...lucky for us we had Derrick to help find us the RIGHT home. Probably just like you, we had a wish list of what we were looking for in our new home, detailing property types and special needs. We no sooner shared our wishes with Derrick and we were off and running. Derrick's personality, market knowledge and client-focused services were right on target, allowing us to see area homes in our price range that checked all the boxes. With Derrick's help we negotiated a below asking price and we were "SOLD".
