We have been using ECR tills at Uptown Bar Great Yarmouth for around 13 years and have always been very happy with both the system and the service we receive.

I have been using Eastern Cash Registers for the last 9 years, I own the Wheatacre White Lion, The Dukes Head, Somerleyton and The White Horse in Beccles, all three of my sites use ECR and I can honestly say they have been fantastic since day one. The till systems are always top of the range, very easy to navigate, the back office system is excellent with easy to find reports. I have also recently added a new touch screen to our kitchen removing the need of paper tickets, im really impressed with the system and will be looking to add this across all three sites. If we ever have any problems ECR have an amazing support team which are always so friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you so much for all of your help over the years, I really appreciate all that you do for us. Highly recommended, you dont need to look any further! Jay

We own and operate several businesses across Norfolk and have now been using ECR for a little over 12 months.
During that time, ECR has supplied and installed a range of systems across our businesses, including touchscreen and point-of-sale systems in our pubs and restaurants, kitchen screens for managing food orders, and clocking-in systems for our warehouse and wider teams.
The service we’ve received has been fantastic. Josh and the team have always been professional, helpful and on hand whenever we’ve needed them.
A special mention also has to go to Andrew. The ongoing support he has provided has been absolutely fantastic — responsive, knowledgeable and always willing to help get things sorted.
Having one company that can support the different technology requirements across several of our businesses has made life considerably easier.
We would have no hesitation in recommending ECR to other businesses looking for reliable systems backed up by excellent customer service and support.
