Based on a ten-month engagement, the overall service provided by this firm fell well below professional standards. Obtaining basic financial information was consistently difficult, and routine client requests were treated as impositions rather than standard deliverables. While initial account management under Ismail was acceptable, the level of professionalism degraded substantially once notice was provided regarding a transition to a new accounting firm. Pricing was excessively high and lacked transparency. The firm repeatedly attempted to invoice for services explicitly included in the initial agreement. Furthermore, a critical administrative failure occurred during a corporate status change. Following company de-registration and subsequent re-registration, the firm omitted the mandatory submission of the client list. When requested to correct this administrative oversight, the firm demanded an additional €250 fee to rectify its own error. Written correspondence throughout the engagement was consistently patronizing and dismissive when valid technical and procedural inquiries were raised. Given the high fees, operational errors, and poor client support, engaging this firm is strongly discouraged. Superior accounting services and account management are available elsewhere for equivalent or lower costs.
