My experience with the quote all the way to finish was fantastice. They turned up on time. The quote was a lot cheaper than expected. It's been difficult to get qualified tradies out her. I recently help my elderly Uncle with arranging his air con to be replaced as it was beginning to fail. Having used Global before I arranged them to come out and asses. There quote was competitive so we decided to proceed with them. My Uncle commented on how professional, efficient and tidy they were. All very polite and left his place spotless after replacing the entire ducted unit and ducting. Said it's the best tradesmen he has had at his home.

I recently completed a substantial renovation to my 1930's heritage listed home in Canberra. My builder used Global Air Conditioning & heating to install a new zoned ducted system. I am totally happy with the installation especially the sensitive design for the registers and return air. The zoning controls work extreamly well both for cooling and heating. After sales survice and follow up has been exceptional and the personal care and attention by Adam could not be better. I have no hesitation in recomending Global, they are a most professional and friendly team.

We had Global air-conditioning and heating install an air-conditioning unit this summer. The service was excellent , quick, on time and a great value for money. This is the second house I have had them install an air-conditioning unit on and I will definitely use again.

I contacted Global Airconditioning and Heating after another aircon servicing company failed to address the issue of a constant 'dripping' sound when my unit on was cooling mode. Adam not only fixed the issue, but he also remedied potential future maintenance issues and explained things in layman's terms. Global Airconditioning and Heating does not charge exorbitant fees like other companies. I am very satisfied with their service - definitely good value for money.

This company was highly recommended to me by a tradesman I trust. I wanted them to replace an existing gas-fired furnace with non-inverter air conditioner with a large inverter reverse cycle split system, using my existing ducting (2-storey home) to distribute the air. All the installers who came to quote on the job told me the recommended configuration was a new external compressor system with the heat exchanger and new ducting installed in the upstairs ceiling. Only GHAC ventured that, with a bit of extra effort, they could make it work using my existing ducting. Their solution was based on maximising the return air flow by doubling the area of the return air registers on both floors and using appropriately large return air ducting to the internal heat exchanger. They were confident it would work with a 20kW Mitsubishi Electric system. After using the new system in both winter and summer, I am delighted to report that they succeeded. The previous system could not deliver enough chilled air through those ducts to cool the whole house, so it was zoned, and we could have any three of five zones in the house cooled at any one time. Because of its size and the increased air flow, this new system cools the entire house. In fact, because it does such a good job of cooling the upper floor, I don't need it to deliver chilled air to my downstairs office. It's cool enough with the upper floor protecting it from the heat. In winter, the enhanced air flow delivers sufficient heated air downstairs (the ducts deliver from the ceiling downstairs) that I mix it with a ceiling fan and enjoy the warmest office I have had in decades. The installation was professional, they arrived when they said they would, and the job was done in two days. The price was not cheap, but it was competitive and, most importantly, it was value for money. I am delighted with the result, as I said. As my recommending tradesman said, Adam knows his business. I found him and his team easy to work with, and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
