Had a couple issues both user caused. They were honest and upfront about what could be the problem and what it could cost worst case. Fixed both issues at way under worst case $$. Great group of people!

My partner was having issues with his PC, mostly arising from too much "stuff" being loaded over the years. Stephen did an amazing job of simplifying his setup and apps, and gave simple explanations, advice and tips for the ongoing use and management of the PC. All in our own home which was so convenient.

Steve helped me sort out some ongoing Mac and printer issues. My desk top Mac was new and had very advanced technology features over my older Mac. Which left me quite confused about many basic things. Steve was very patient and explained things clearly so that I understood how the Mac features worked. Steve took the time to tailor it to my requirements in how I use my new Mac, which resulted in a big positive difference. Steve was easy to deal with and extremely helpful. And thoughtful and kind. I definitely recommend him if you need tech help.

My dad was getting so cross and frustrated when his phone and laptop weren’t syncing. Steve has been so patient and good humoured while fixing the issue for my dad. My dad gets really worried that he will be another elderly person getting scammed because he can’t understand IT properly, but Steve calmly explained the issue and how he fixed it which was reassuring and built my dad’s trust. Highly recommend Helping Hand IT !!
