A very nice gentleman very eager to help customers and get our computers working again. Contacted Luke about a four-year-old laptop that had become almost unusable. He worked through the problem with me over several messages, asked the right questions, and pinpointed the likely cause before even seeing the machine. What stood out most was his honesty. Once he'd worked out the repair would come to around $400, he told me straight that the money might be better going towards a replacement, and that a screen fault I'd described could point to something worse down the track. Genuinely helpful, straightforward, and no pressure at any point. Would recommend him to anyone in the Bathurst area.

What happens when your basic knowledge of computers can only get you so far when things go wrong or need updating? It came when operating system no longer supported. Called Luke at Kelso Computers who came to home, assessed what we had and what our requirements were, sourced system components online, we bought direct online at discounted prices no mark up only paid for his labour. Goods arrived to home within 24 hrs, he set up components, transferred all data & files, all with no disruption in our own home & not having to take our system to a shopfront. I would highly recommend Luke for his prompt & efficient service in resolving any issues you may have with computer & tech issues.

I recently purchased a printer and quickly realised I needed help to install it so contacted Luke at Kelso Computers. He arrived promptly, on time, the following day, and installed the printer capably and efficiently. This process involved contacting my internet provider when a few WI FI/ technical issues arose, way beyond my capabilities, which he explained to me in good ‘layman’s terms’. He thoroughly checked that everything was working seamlessly and ensured that I was comfortable with the setup, which I have been ever since. I found the summary he sent of all the work he had done very helpful. During this first visit, it was apparent that I had other issues which were limiting my use of the laptop, including limited security around passwords, so I booked a subsequent visit to address these matters. Once again, Luke confirmed the visit beforehand, was on time, quietly and efficiently dealt with the issues and answered a list of queries I had prepared around my computer use. He also found a crimped connection inside the laptop, from a previous service, which had the potential to compromise its function before too long, Luke’s professional experience, wisdom and expertise around IT is clearly apparent, his manner polite and very pleasant. I found his willingness to explain issues and processes extremely helpful, and I now consider him my first call for advice and work in the future. For trustworthy, quality service, give Luke a call.

Luke is amazing. When our computer died he helped us select a new one; managed to save the data from the old computer and transferred it to the new one; came to our home in O’Connell and set everything up for us; ensured everything was working as it should. He was very patient, answering my questions and explaining things clearly. He responds promptly to messages and calls, is punctual and reasonably priced. I have no hesitation in recommending Luke at Kelso Computers.
