GoogleSimply the best yoga classes I have ever attended. Luciana is a ray of sunshine and a gust of challenge - perfect combination! The class is not mundane and routine, it is a combination of various poses, stretching and relaxation. It is difficult to describe in words - it's best if you join the class and check it out for yourself. If I could attend every Saturday I would do so, but I work every second Saturday (property agent) so I am unable to be there then. Jump in my spot! Thank you Luciana for being so brilliant!
