GoogleI HIGHLY recommend Lucks Air & Heat!!! I have used them for many years and have found them to be very knowledgeable, super nice & courteous, and always giving fair prices. They make reasonable suggestions to help solve any issues that I experience with our 3 units, and they try to find solutions that fix any issues without doing more work than is needed to fix the problem. More than once they have told me that I didn’t need to have a large repair or equipment replacement (in order to fix a problem), even after I told them that I was certainly willing to do that! So when 2 of our 3 units needed to be replaced a couple of years ago, I knew that I could trust them that it was truly time to replace them. This is a family owned business and they run it with integrity and love what they do. They hire excellent & experienced employees- we have been very impressed with everyone who works at Lucks. They have never asked me to give them a review (even though it’s not necessarily bad to ask for a review) - I just mention that to say that I am initiating my review and giving my honest opinion after years of working with Lucks.
GoogleGreat HONOST contractor. Came out as a second opinion. They serviced and got my ac working in about a hour. Was only a bad contact on the outside unit. 1st AC company wanted to replace my entire system. Will definitely use Lucks Air and Heat again. Thank you
GoogleClint and team do great work. They are fast, responsive, honest and stand by their work. I have been using Lucks for years and they never disappoint. It seems like one of my three systems always needs attention after hours, on the weekend and when we have guests at the house. But, never fail, Luck’s gets it back up and running at a reasonable, fair price. They are the best!
GoogleI’ve been a Lucks Air & Heat customer since 2022 when they replaced my heater, A/C and zone dampers at a very competitive price. I’ve used them for routine maintenance since and couldn’t be happier. They’re a small, family-owned business. The individual who referred me to Lucks told me they’re honest people who will treat you right and I’ve found that to be true. Today Francisco and Emiliano came by for routine maintenance. They were on time, efficient and respected my property. I’ve also referred a few friends to Lucks and they’ve become happy customers as well.
GoogleLucks is an outstanding company with excellent customer service. They installed two new HVAC units during our remodel and they have been operating well for over a year. We needed an adjustment to one unit that had multiple zones to even out the temperature. Clint responded and diagnosed the issue within one day and his team was out to make the fix three days later. I would recommend Lucks to anyone looking for service, repair or a new install. This is a company you want to do business with.
