GoogleThey have developers who can code with their eyes closed (well, not for too long, you still have to proofread the commits), project managers who speak both the client language AND the developer language (an ancient dialect known for its grumbling and 3 a.m. commits), and support that responds faster than a cat on a cardboard box. And be warned, they're not just tech pros: they're also nice. REALLY nice. The kind to say "thank you" when you say "thank you." An infinite circle of politeness is established, and frankly, it feels good in this brutal digital world. Conclusion: MIAP should be reimbursed by Social Security, given the level of serenity they provide. I recommend them wholeheartedly (but keep them open anyway; there are some nice things to see in their interfaces).

In short: if you're looking for a competent, responsive, friendly IT company that doesn't speak to you in binary... go for it. Otherwise, good luck with your cousin who "knows about computers."
