GoogleExcellent place to train- lots of machines, free weights, barbells and a dedicated deadlift area also which is great. Clean and tidy facilities including new showers and toilets which are better than any other gym I know! Added extras are upright red light sunbeds with decent packages and sports injury clinic / beauty / massage treatments available. PT’s are all great. I enjoy my time here and the members are always friendly and supportive as well as staff!

GoogleI use when I visit , infrequently . The classes and staff are excellent, but whether because of age or general tech ineptitude I find it almost impossible to navigate website - you are a member but we don’t recognise you / your details sort of thing ! Many resets later I gave up . I know I can ring but it would be nice just to book online at my convenience
GoogleMy wife and I both train here and absolutely love it. I’ve been coming for over a year and it’s consistently excellent. The gym is very well equipped, the classes are popular and high quality, and there’s a vibrant, modern atmosphere that makes it a great place to work out. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always approachable, and the members are welcoming too. Highly recommended.
GoogleThe best gym I’ve ever been to. Members of all ages and enough equipment to do lots of various exercises. Lots of varied classes to do also. Real sense of community and belonging. Staff are approachable and go above and beyond. Would 100% recommend!
GoogleGood Equipment, and environment BUT opening hours are pretty limiting, especially at weekends. Parking problematic at times. Expensive compared to some other Gyms where you can get Membership and Classes included for a monthly price of less than half this (you have to pay extra for classes unless taking the Gold Membership which is even more expensive). Tied in for 3 months (another annoyance) Have given notice to cease membership towards end of July to go somewhere more affordable/better value and longer opening hours
