He took much time to explain how the cleaning process would be followed and confidently promised me that my satisfaction was number one priority. I recently used Philly Finest Cleaners and had a great experience from start to finish. The consultation was detailed and thoughtful—they took time to walk through my home and offer guidance on what would be most helpful. I normally keep things organized, but with my work schedule I hadn’t had time for a proper deep clean in the new year. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and the team was extremely thorough. What stood out most was the care they showed. They didn’t just “clean”they treated my home like it was their own. There was attention to detail, care with furniture, and that fresh, welcoming feel that makes a space truly reset. I’m very appreciative and will definitely continue using their services. I had an additional request at the end of service and there was someone who returned the next day to assist. Just a great company.

This company Bright touch is amazing!!! The staff and owner are so sweet, the owner Kenny really took his time explaining the process to me and worked with me , I’m so amazed by the results! Everything down to the floors is sparkling and shining!! I saw such a huge difference after they were done I was contemplating other cleaning companies but this one stood out and I’m happy I picked them! If you’re looking for the best cleaning company this is it you won’t regret it, I’ll be booking with them monthly now! Thank you Bright Touch team you are the best, I’m so happy with my results!!!!

This review is for Kenny Cruz the owner. I have been a customer for several years now, but had to go to quarterly cleanings while I sold my other property. My home looks and smells clean. Since I've requested quarterly service for my home, you don't send out scheduled cleaning times and I had to reach out to you for my March quarterly cleaning. You scheduled me for April 2026, then the day before canceled the cleaning and never rescheduled. If there is an issue schedule-wise, could you let me know? This is not how you treat loyal customers who give referrals about your service to others. I think your service is really good and would like to continue our business relationship...

I would not recommend as they broke more things than they cleaned. Blinds fell off, light fixture won't turn on, shower drain seriously clogged when it wasn't before. A big issue for me is they didn't actually vacuum, only use the vacuum attachment tool to spot pick up visible debris (so no nice clean lines in the carpet). They didn't wear shoe covers and worst of all they literally stood up on my counters wearing outdoor shoes. It was gross. Cleaners did not speak English so I was unable to communicate direction or concerns. I did bring all of this up to management after but was not offered an explanation or apology. The only good thing I can say and the reason for the 2 stars is that it's affordable for so you get what you pay for and they travel very far (Metropolitan West Chester).
