My air conditioner was blowing warm air I called Prime Tire. They told me to bring it in right then. They found the problem Asked if I wanted to spend the money to fix it. And had it back on the road in time to get my Grandkids to swim lessons. They have always been honest with the “needs” of my car!

The best. We were on vacation with our fifth wheel and a broken suspension. After other phone calls to places that didn’t answer or couldn’t help we were recommended to call Todd and Landon. They were fast, extremely knowledgeable, worked in our timeframe, detailed and fixed our problem. If every business had their customer service it would be a better world. Pics show the before and after. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Todd and his team yesterday. On short notice, he was able to squeeze us in and upgrade our trailer tires. He was kind enough to explain the tire installation process and in doing so, he found some parts on the trailer hubs that needed attention. He made the adjustments and we were on our way.

Great Experience! Responsive and Professional. Great Communication and Transparency. Had a 2” hitch installed and 4 Shocks Installed in under 2 hours… Highly Recommend!!!

Todd helped us get tires for our motorhome. It's on a Mercedes Sprinter chassis and we have had issues in the past with our aluminum wheels. Some places don't have the proper equipment and damage the rims. Ksn was a great installer. Nice cool waiting room.

These guys are the best and very fair. We’ll definitely go there again. They changed the oil service and rotated the tires on our 31’ motor home today.

It feels like the good ol' days when life was simple and you could trust the guys working on your car. Well, they have this sort of good ol' fashioned vibe there and do excellent work, are honest, and easy to work with. We have taken both of our vehicles here for the last 3 or 4 years and they've always taken good care of us! Keep up the great work guys!

I live on my RV full time and just travel the states . I am currently staying about 35 miles from this shop , I needed tires before I leave to go to my next destination , and I did not want to pack up a 45ft 5th wheel ,triple Axle rig and try to pull in somewhere to get tires . After calling around I was referred to this shop. I explained to him I could not just pack my rig up and I have health issues so I could not take them off to bring them to him , ( Todd ) went out of his way to find a mobile tech ( Robert W/ Red Desert Diesel ) to come out to my Rig . he took all 6 tires off , set my Rid on temporary tires, took them back to ( Prime Tire & Auto ) , they replace them and Robert drove back out to my rig to installed them , For any shop to go out of the way for there customer shows true customer service , I made many calls and ( Todd ) at Prime Auto was the only shop that came through . The mobile tech Robert was also very professional . I know my circumstance was a lot to ask from any shop and to find a shop that would ! speaks volumes on how they operate. I highly recommend Prime Tire & Auto for any repairs that you may need. Todd was awesome , I am a retired tech and I owned a shop for many years and I have to say Prime Tire & Auto impressed me . If I could give more than 5 stars on a review I would .
