Royal Furnace and Duct Cleaning Reviews

Had a wonderful experience with Royal Furnace and Duct Cleaning! The team arrived on time, was very polite and professional, and did an excellent job. They cleaned everything thoroughly and left the place neat and tidy. I could really feel the difference in the air quality afterward. Highly recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable and efficient duct cleaning!

I had a disappointing experience with this furnace cleaning company. I spoke to the phone number that is on google and they were unable to clearly explain the work being done. Clear communication is important when customers are paying for professional services. I believe customers should receive a proper explanation of the work, the equipment used, and what is included in the service before making a decision. Based on my experience, I was not satisfied with the communication or professionalism.

This was our first time with Royal and we’re very pleased with their professionalism and efficiency. We will definitely have them back. We appreciated their timeliness and affordability too.

Very poor service ,they let me wait 1 hour and does not communicate if they gonna be late and .and no one call during an hour window very poor communication and management .Will never refer this company to any one.

Overall great experience.. very timely and efficient service. The follow up for appointment and response was excellent. Very professional. We had them in for the first time to do our house furnace and they did a very thorough cleaning from looking at all our vents to blowing clean our dryer vents . They are reasonably priced too . Would definitely recommend to someone looking to get their furnace duct cleaned . Keep the good work guys !!
