GoogleI had a disappointing experience with this furnace cleaning company. I spoke to the phone number that is on google and they were unable to clearly explain the work being done. Clear communication is important when customers are paying for professional services. I believe customers should receive a proper explanation of the work, the equipment used, and what is included in the service before making a decision. Based on my experience, I was not satisfied with the communication or professionalism.
