GoogleMukesh kumawat sir has been taking my classes for the last 6 months n he is very regular n knows his subject on yoga in depth. Meditation taught by him is very nice n I have learnt a lot from him in a short span. He has taken a challenge for 108 days n he doing his exercise both times n following a strict diet. A lesson to learn n follow. He is very fit n very disciplined. God bless him 🙏
GoogleI am a student and it is very important for a student to spend his time with energy. It is not yet complete for me, it has been done to some extent. With Mukesh ji's help, I started from 1st March and now my routine is also getting better, so I thank Mukesh ji sir and Sanskar Yog Studio from the bottom of my heart.
