GoogleI'm satisfied with the collaboration; the ordered product – a wall – was delivered expedited. What could be improved is the ability to contact the company outside of office hours (i.e., after 5:00 PM), for example, extending the chat support into the evenings. Or maybe this is just the way it is and the company is demonstrating the importance of work-life balance after work.
GoogleI've used Retio's services many times. Delivery is always on time, the workmanship is top-notch, and the communication and advice are impeccable. I highly recommend working with Retio!
GoogleReally nice contact and great product for an awesome price! Would definitely buy there again! Highly recommendation!!!
GoogleThe order was completed technically, but the color result differed significantly from the design. The differences were clear and confirmed in correspondence, but the complaint was not accepted. In my opinion, for color-sensitive projects and at this product class and price point, clear information about the risk of color changes and a recommendation to produce a sample before production should be standard. The client does not need to have specialized knowledge in preparing files for printing – that's what a professional printing house is for. The previous mistake regarding the frame was quickly resolved. However, the frame itself, despite simple assembly instructions, requires considerable force during assembly – the connecting elements ("clicks") are very difficult to assemble. For one person, especially a woman, assembling it can be challenging. It would be worthwhile to consider including this information in the product description or improving the connection mechanism. It is even more regrettable that a more customer-friendly solution was not proposed for the fundamental issue of print quality. I remain left with the feeling that the responsibility for the final result has been fully transferred to the client.
