GoogleMax was great, original day of service he diagnosed my issue and proved a solution quickly and we were able to order parts for repair. He was able to come out as soon as they arrived which only took 2 days and was able to do a full fridge repair within 30 minutes.

Came to the conclusion there was ice buildup which should not happen on a 2.5 year old refrigerator. Per his advice, we tuned it off and sure enough, 3 dinner plate sized chunks of ice fell out. Very happy with them and will use again if/when needed.

The new ice maker works great and he left the workspace spotless. Malik was very friendly and answered my questions. I highly recommend Malik ( and his partner). Also, even though I said it wasn't an emergency, they came the day I called.
