Booked the night before; Ilkin showed up this morning right on the dot, tools in hand and with a smile. He worked at a brisk, enviable clip and was effortlessly friendly the entire time. More importantly, he broke down the fix with such plainspoken clarity that I actually walked away understanding how my dryer works—a rare masterclass disguised as a routine service call. Fast, sharp, and genuinely professional. 10/10.

Rashad is an AMAZING technician! He had been to my home twice - once to repair the dryer and now the refrigerator. The price is fair and the service is great. This is now my go to company.

Majid was very polite and explained about washing machine loading and what is considered too much. I've never had anyone explain it to me.

Anton was so nice and professional. He was so sweet with my dog who was being so nosey the whole time he was down on the ground servicing the ice maker. I would definitely recommend Ultra Fix as this is our 2nd positive experience with them

First time Majid came to our house he fixed our dryer. He was very knowledgeable and fixed it right away. When our washer machine needed repairs we called again and happy to have Majid come out again. We are very satisfied with all repairs.

Ruslan was prompt, knowledgable and communication was superb. In a world where customer seems to be the last concern for companies, this company is bringing it back! Use their services! You won’t be let down.
