GoogleAlex was terrific. Very knowledgeable and took his time to fully diagnose the issue with our 23 yr old Viking side by side. Fix was $2800, I was for it, Mrs was not. We will replace the fridge with a new, albeit, lesser option rather than investing $2800 in an old fridge. I am fairly confident that the fix suggested would have sufficed for years more use. Boss disagrees 😂

He was extremely polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood what went wrong and how he was fixing it. GoogleOleg was very knowledgeable about my appliances. He was very thorough. He made suggestions which were very helpful. He fixed my oven and after he replaced the part, he tested it several times and checked the temperature for accuracy. He also explained why I was having issues with my ice maker. He was unable to repair my dishwasher due to the part being discontinued. The only gripe I have is that the company will still charge you the service fee even if they are unable to fix it. So I paid 3 different service fees - one for each appliance. But I felt like I should have only paid for 2. However, Oleg was exceptional and I highly recommend his services. So I felt like he made things right.
