I was very doubtful but let him work on it and in record time he changed the main board and programmed my Viking fridge which is now working perfectly well. I am so impressed with such an excellent and knowledgeable professional and now I know to call UltraFix for all appliance repairs. I should mention that the 3 top repair companies on Long Island had failed to repair my refrigerator and even recommended I buy a new one. UltraFix was on top of the appointments and arrival times and Chingiz did the magical repair and I'm very grateful for the repair.

GoogleAnar from UltraFix Appliance Repair worked on my older model LG Refrigerator. He kept me posted on the timing of his arrival both for the original consultation, and for the follow-up repair. He was able to properly diagnose the issues (ice maker was overflowing and required a replacement of the water valve, and the light in the fridge was not turning off when the doors closed, required replacement of the control board). Anar found the replacement items quickly, gave me a quote during the visit, and promptly coordinated an appointment for the installation of both parts as soon as they came in. Installation of the new parts barely took 20 minutes. Payment was made by credit card and was easy to process. If asked, I would definitely recommend UltraFix for anyone's future repair needs for the Suffolk county area.
