This was our fifth time booking with Kristen at Upon a Star, including our wedding where she handled ALL of our guest accommodations. This time we went to Sandals in Barbados and Kristen knocked it out of the park, yet again. She took ALL of the guess work out of the planning and even the traveling. She reached out to the resort prior to our arrival and they took the best care of us from all of the places we have been! She has truly become family with everything she has done for us. :)

We had such a great experience with Valerie Thom and Upon A Star & Concierge. Since our booking started over a year ago, Valerie helped us with everything we needed to do for our trip. Reminded us if there was something coming up that we had to get done, Valerie was on top of everything. I know she was having some busy times with things going on at home but she always got back to us in record time with answers to our questions. On our trip, even with there being 7 hours different in time, she got back to us as soon as possible with any questions we had. Was such a great trip!

We just got back from a trip of a lifetime and Valerie was key in that happening! She was able to take a few of our "bucket list" items and turn those plus additional must see sites into an unforgettable Germany/Austria vacation. She was with us every step of the way, making sure that we (who are not world travelers) had all the tools, info, apps etc that made the trip seamless and very easy on our end. She was even available for if we had any questions while overseas. You can tell she loves what she does and wants everyone to have an amazing vacation no matter how big or small. Truly impressed and highly recommend!

Valerie is the best travel agent you could ask for. She helped me for my first family cruise booking and very hands on with details . I booked it early April and sailed on August with payment plans and Valerie made it very simple for me. She always available every time I had questions and give me so many helpful suggestions with her own experience. I needed travel protection and Valerie helped me pick out which one is the best fit for my need. If you need help with hotel, transportation, or flight, she also be able to help you. Thank you, Valerie!! Our family cruise trip along with the other 3 families was zero stress and thank you for your service!

We just got back from our honeymoon that Nikki helped us plan. I emailed her with very few guidelines- we wanted somewhere safe, not too far away, and with blue water and nice beaches. She emailed back right away with a list of countries and their pros and cons. She gave insight on each place, helping us really narrow down where we may want to go. From there she sent us links of a few hotels and resorts on the 2-3 destinations we had chosen. We ultimately landed on going to the British Virgin Islands- staying at Rosewood Little Dix Bay per Nikki’s recommendations. Holy cow. I don’t have enough space in this review to explain how incredible it was. All week my husband and I marveled at how special the trip was and how easy. Nikki helped us with flight information, book private transfers to and from the airport, book couples massages, and, most importantly, fought for us to have the best pricing as well as full understanding of what was offered at the resort. She was insightful, patient, incredibly responsive, and beyond helpful. If you want to plan a vacation, I highly recommend allowing Nikki to help. In doing so, you get a kind of vacation guardian angel who helps to ensure you maximize your dollar and time so all there is to worry about is the memories made. We are so grateful and cannot wait for our next trip with Nikki ❤️

My husband and I had a wonderful time cruising with Avalon River Cruise. Would highly recommend the Danube river experience. All travel arrangements were made by Kimm Walczak from Upon a Star Travel. The extra days recommended by Kimm in Munich and Budapest were an extra bonus experience! Thank you Kimm for making our bucket list vacation one we will never forget!!
