I have been using Dan for Home Inspections since 2005 he is the most knowledgeable and thorough inspector that I have ever used he has saved my clients on a few occasions from purchasing homes that would have been a bad decision. He is honest straightforward and will find any flaws in the home. His inspection report is digital and very comprehensive. Thank you Dan for always providing the highest level of service for my clients and myself.
