Thank you Chef Niki, your food was simply delicious. The presentation, the professionalism, your wonderful spirit help make my daughter's wedding a beautiful & blessed celebration.

Chef Niki and her son who helped truly were amazing. We had our wedding celebration and it was breathtaking on how well it went and having their food truck there made it that more special. They definitely should be on everybody’s list to try and also bring something different to your community. Amazing human beings that connected with us on another level and we are truly grateful for that connection.
