A very nice gentleman very eager to help customers and get our computers working again. We ended up buying a new computer and he spent for a lot of time helping us get through and setting up the computer. We really appreciate what you did for us. What part about it? Is it’s all in your home and is very happy to help. Problems, thank you very much for what you did For us

Contacted Luke about a four-year-old laptop that had become almost unusable. He worked through the problem with me over several messages, asked the right questions, and pinpointed the likely cause before even seeing the machine. What stood out most was his honesty. Once he'd worked out the repair would come to around $400, he told me straight that the money might be better going towards a replacement, and that a screen fault I'd described could point to something worse down the track. Genuinely helpful, straightforward, and no pressure at any point. Would recommend him to anyone in the Bathurst area.
