Anar came to fix my dryer. Not only was the tech on time, but within 5 minutes he had diagnosed the problem & fixed my dryer. Great company & wonderful employees. Definitely would use them again.

My refrigerator was dead until Chingiz, the UltraFix technician came in and confirmed he knew how to fix it. I was very doubtful but let him work on it and in record time he changed the main board and programmed my Viking fridge which is now working perfectly well. I am so impressed with such an excellent and knowledgeable professional and now I know to call UltraFix for all appliance repairs. I should mention that the 3 top repair companies on Long Island had failed to repair my refrigerator and even recommended I buy a new one. UltraFix was on top of the appointments and arrival times and Chingiz did the magical repair and I'm very grateful for the repair.
