Alex was terrific. Very knowledgeable and took his time to fully diagnose the issue with our 23 yr old Viking side by side. Fix was $2800, I was for it, Mrs was not. We will replace the fridge with a new, albeit, lesser option rather than investing $2800 in an old fridge. I am fairly confident that the fix suggested would have sufficed for years more use. Boss disagrees 😂
