We've had Your Drain Guy do two unrelated services for us. The first service call we had Manny come to us, and the second was Manny and Spencer, and both services were outstanding. Manny and Spencer went far above what one would expect, were friendly and enthusiastic about finding the problems, and were quite resourceful in problem solving (old house, original pipes, you might know how it goes!) After finishing each project, Manny made certain that the drains were working as I expected them to... he ensured complete satisfaction and confidence, and I was thrilled at the bathtub draining as fast as it was pouring out. I know for certain he did a thorough and exceptional job with our home's old pipes, as I witnessed much of the process. Spencer was careful to make sure that they left the place clean and sanitary. I'm so, so happy to have found someone I trust, and am thrilled to support folks I like so well in their small business. Your Drain Guy will absolutely be my drain guy always, without question.
