Update: Their Italian pizza is very good but I have some comments regarding the Burrata pizza. The pizza was soggy by the time it arrived because they added balsamic vinegar to it. They should put it in a container and leave it to the customer to pour it over upon eating. Burrata shouldn't be heated either. It was a quiet place but it's now crowded. I tried coffee and breakfast so far but i really liked them. Though I would like that they consider adding less milk to iced drinks. The prices are high and the staff are nice too. I ordered turkey and melt cheese sandwich with fries and coleslaw for breakfast. They were delicious and the sandwich was big so I couldn't finish it. I also order creamy mushroom chicken for lunch and it was very tasty. I really liked it a lot. The only comment I have is that they need to change the shopping bag as food may get spilled since the bottom of the bag isn't stable. I ordered French breakfast and it was amazing but they forgot to add butter and jam.

من افضل الاماكن واكثرها تميزا في نوعية الاكل البيتزا الايطالية خرافية و طعم العجينة المقرمشة من الخارج وومليانة فقاقيع دلالة علي التخمير الجيد الجبن البوراتا لا مثيل له في المدينة بالنسبة للمكرونة جربنا اكتر من طبق وكلهم رائعين الجبن البرميزان و البييستو والريحان اما بالنسبة لتسوية الدجاج المشوي و والتبيل كان مستواه الافضل المكان ظريف و الخدمة جيدة جدا العيب الوحيد السماح بالتدخين في مكان مغلق

مطعم محترم وتجربه كويسة جدا والستاف لذيذ وبشوش ومش اخر تجربه باذن الله ❤️👍🏼

انصدمت اليوم بزيارتي المطعم من مستوي الخدمه وكواليتي الاكل للأسف الشديد ماتوقعت أبدا أبدا الي حصل من شوربه وبيتزا وحلويات منتهي الاستهار بالزبون مكان ازاي ده يحصل في مكان كنت فاكره انو مكاني للأسف أنا في منتهي الحزن ازاي كده عيب عيب

The staff is really nice plus the food was great especially the chocolate cake!😍

للأسف تجربة سيئة جدًا. من أول لحظة استقبال واضح إن مفيش أي احترافية أو احترام للعميل. التعامل غير لائق، والأسلوب مستفز، والمشكلة الأكبر إن الإدارة نفسها فاقدة تمامًا للمهنية، فطبيعي ده ينعكس على الاستاف كله. مش تجربة أحب أكررها، ولا أنصح بيها نهائيًا.

Edit: Degrading to 1, my third order through Talabat and I don't think the food was made or audited by a chef by any means🙂. Bread has clumps of raw flower and sand will keep attacking your teeth, Sea food has been stored in their refrigerators since 1989 I beleive, it smelled like Fesekh and was pretty chewy. Likewise two other orders including desserts that are made with weird dough and sauce tastes, over coocked maccarony.. etc. And stomachaches eating these thingies. So no, I am withdrawing my 5 stars 🙂. ..................... Loved their Italian dishes 🤩, Service personelles were pretty decent and helpful! Was perfect for me 😍

What they did wasn’t acceptable, the manager himself came to take the order then after 20 mins he sent a waiter asking to confirm the order and when we asked him why are you confirming the order after 20 mins his reply was that “the manager forgot the order “ what on earth is that reply ?? They wasted our time for nothing and we didn’t even order something hard we ordered 2 of the same item and as it is in the menu , we didn’t even ask to change anything we wanted the item as it is!! Without any changes.

Highly recommend.
