Excellent place to train- lots of machines, free weights, barbells and a dedicated deadlift area also which is great. Clean and tidy facilities including new showers and toilets which are better than any other gym I know! Added extras are upright red light sunbeds with decent packages and sports injury clinic / beauty / massage treatments available. PT’s are all great. I enjoy my time here and the members are always friendly and supportive as well as staff!

Recently, I went to NR12 gym and was really impressed with the experience. The equipment was modern, high-quality, and well maintained, making it easy to complete a variety of workouts. The gym itself was clean and well organised, creating a welcoming environment. One thing that particularly stood out was how spotless the showers were, which showed the gym's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. The staff at NR12 were also incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to offer assistance and make members feel comfortable.
