I’ve had a wonderful experience at TruForm with Gretchen. She teaches true classical Pilates and is incredibly knowledgeable — you can immediately tell she understands the method deeply and cares about teaching it correctly. She’s also so kind, patient, and easy to work with, which makes every session feel comfortable and supportive. I already feel like I’m learning a lot and look forward to continuing my practice with her. TruForm is a special studio, and Gretchen is a fantastic instructor.

Gretchen is amazing! Ever since starting Pilates a few short months ago I have become much more strong and have significantly improved my balance. When I hike I feel solid and more in control of my steps due to my stronger core. Pilates and Gretchen's guidance have changed my life.
