I had a washing machine delivered by Workington branch. It was slightly too wide for space. Most delivery guys would have said it doesn't fit an whisked it away, not the 2 guys that delivered mine. They took off the skirting board , cut and reapplied and cleaned up thoroughly.They were courteous , kind and an absolute credit to the company. Thankyou

Excellent experience using Genesis appliances Workington, we have just had a induction hob and Smeg oven installed today, from looking in the shop for the hob + oven to the final installation was brilliant ,Liam was very courteous and informative and explained everything and keep in touch about the order and fitting, The 2 lads who came to day to do the installation were also great,will advise anyone to use them 👍👍👍

Brilliant company rang an order in, within a couple of days survey was completed, ordered product a week later delivered and installed. Will be purchasing more from this company

Ordered on Monday, installed on Wednesday. Quicker, easier and cheaper than Currys.

It appears that none of the items on their website are actually in stock, I messaged about two items on separate occasions only to be told they're not in stock and then them delete it off the website. Seems that customers are their own stock monitoring system for their website! Luckily I never ordered the items I wanted otherwise I could have been in for a lengthy refund process.

Bought a cooker online. Was called days later to tell me it’s not in stock (so why was it showing in stock online) the other options were so much more expensive. I asked for a refund 11 days ago and STILL don’t have my refund. I get fobbed off on the phone that it’s with the ‘website’ team but no one seems to be able to speak to them. Something is screaming that I’m not gonna see my refund at all. I will be calling the bank today to try and get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they will take your money and don’t actually have the items.
