I highly recommend Dr. James at Purposed Physical Therapy. I saw him for shoulder and TMJ issues, and his targeted approach made a massive difference. Because I am hypermobile, finding a therapist who understands how to safely treat unstable joints can be a challenge. James took extra precautions, tailored the exercises perfectly to my body's needs, and ensured I never overextended. He is professional, highly knowledgeable, and deeply attentive to his patients' specific physical mechanics. If you are looking for specialized, personalized care, Purposed Physical Therapy is the place to go.

This was my second time coming to Purposed Physical Therapy, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr. Tommy has built an outstanding practice, and Dr. Dillian is exceptional. Every appointment is one-on-one for a full hour, so you receive their complete attention and never feel rushed. The dry needling, hands-on treatment, and personalized care are second to none. Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in helping each patient succeed. I also appreciate that their Christian faith is reflected in the way they care for others. From the moment you walk through the door, you will receive compassion, integrity, and kindness. I highly recommend Purposed Physical Therapy to anyone looking for exceptional, personalized care.
