Couldn’t recommend R&R Airport Transfers enough. From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent and they kept us updated throughout. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. Our return flight was originally on course to land on time, and the driver was already on his way to collect us. Unfortunately, the aircraft had an emergency medical landing elsewhere, which ended up delaying us by around two hours. Despite this being completely outside of our control, R&R were incredibly understanding and patient throughout the delay. They kept in contact with us and made sure everything was sorted without any stress. The fact that the driver was already on the way, they were monitoring the situation and continued communicating with us really showed how reliable and organised they are. Really happy with the service from start to finish. Friendly people, excellent communication and, most importantly, they came through when things didn’t go according to plan. I’d definitely use R&R again and would have no hesitation recommending them to family and friends.

I needed to organise a trip from Ipswich to Brighton. Thanks to Raj’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly assistance, I was able to do so. I was kept constantly updated in the run-up to the trip, and the driver also got in touch well in advance of departure. The car was clean and spacious, and Nadim, the driver, was friendly and a pleasure to be with. I will certainly use your services again next time.

Needed a last minute Taxi to Heathrow and these guys were truly Heroes for delivering such an Outstanding service. Driver arrived on time in a Lovely clean vehicle and helped with our Luggages. Great communication from the Frist day of me contacting, the gentleman dealt with my enquiry had kept me updated throughout the time I was in London, very efficient and polite service from the driver from greeting me to engaging in a conversation and telling me what are all the attractions in London people visit the most. Keep up the services Team R&R. I would recommend trying their service.

Can I just say this was genuinely one of the best rides I’ve ever had? Absolutely 5-star from start to finish. It’s also really reassuring to know that by booking with your company, the drivers themselves are actually benefiting more from the fare. Compared with Uber, where I’ve previously found out that drivers can sometimes receive as little as 50% of what I paid, it makes a huge difference knowing that more of the money is going directly to the person providing the service. A massive thank you to Rajib and the team for such a genuinely fantastic experience. You were a pleasure to talk to, and I really enjoyed our conversation.
