Josina is not only an expert but also a consummate professional. She takes her time to understand her client's needs and preferences and goes above and beyond to get the best deal for them. She is a skilled negotiator and advocates for her client's best interests. I've seen this firsthand.

Having worked with a variety of different buyer and selling agents throughout my life, I can say, that Josina is one of a kind. She is cool, calm and collected under pressure, especially when it's down to the wires for a critical negotiation. Before that moment, as a buyer's agent, she is attentive, caring, and empathetic and really makes the effort to understand what I want and delivers. After the transaction is closed, she is still on the ball with respect to inspections, closing and making me feel truly supported in my purchase process. I appreciate how knowledgeable she is of the market, especially in North Vancouver. Not all realtors are made equal. Do yourself a favour and go with a professional and someone who's got your back in one of the most important decisions of your life. Josina is imminently effective and trust worthy - I will only work with her moving forward for any real estate transactions. I unequivocally recommend her.
