Tom recently detailed my Volkswagen T Roc R and I could not be happier with the result. As someone that is very particular about who works on his car I couldn’t have made a better choice than booking in a complete interior and exterior detail with The Detail Concierge. To say Tom is meticulous and dedicated with his work is an understatement. He takes the upmost care and treats your car exactly like his own. Booking in was easy and he kept me fully informed throughout the process. My car came out looking better than brand new inside and out when he was finished. I have very happily become a Detail Concierge Member and signed up for Tom’s quarterly maintenance program because I know my car could not be in a safer set of hands. Do yourself a favor and book in with The Detail Concierge because you won’t be disappointed.

The Detail Concierge guys were polite, efficient and professional. My car looks amazing inside and out. I usually clean my own car ...but this level of care is on another level. And for almost 4 hours of work, excellent value for money.

We had both our cars detailed by Tom today. He did an amazing job - they look brand new again thanks to the 4 hours of hard work he put into the job. We can’t recommend Tom The Detail Concierge highly enough. He is a young man with a bright future. Despite juggling his very in demand vehicle detailing business, and year 12 at Ballina Coast High, he communicates clearly and promptly with his customers, turns up when he says he will and puts lots of elbow grease into his work. He has all his own detailing equipment, a great work ethic and is determined to grow his business. If you want your car or cars detailed, just book it in with Tom. He comes to you and does a great job at a reasonable price. We all need to get behind this young man with his eye on the future and a determination to succeed.

I highly recommend Tom to anybody looking for car detailing. He was punctual, respectful, and incredibly thorough. My 6 year old Mitsubishi ASX was in a state, with dog fur, surfboard wax and doggy dirty all through it. Now it feels brand new! I will most definitely be using Tom again. Thank you legend!

I am very happy to leave Tom a review. He did a wonderful job on my car. He detailed it inside and outside. He was very fussy with the task and it looks new. 1917 Mazda 3 hatch. Thankyou Tom.
