Do I need an account to build a Trustpilot review widget?

What if my business does not appear in the search?

Paste your Trustpilot profile URL straight from your browser's address bar instead of typing the name. The URL identifies the business exactly, which matters when the name is common or the listing sits in another country.

Does the preview show my real Trustpilot reviews?

Yes. As soon as you pick your business the preview swaps its sample cards for your own Trustpilot reviews — the same ones the published widget will render, with the same rating and the same review count.

Can I change the widget after I have built it?

Yes. The email includes a link that opens your widget for editing without a password, and changes go live on your site immediately. When the free week ends the widget pauses until you upgrade, and everything you set is kept.
