Turn it on
- Open the widget in the app.
- In the card settings, switch on AI review summary.
- Save. The card appears above the reviews on every page where the widget is pasted.
When it shows
- It needs at least 10 reviews with real text. A star rating without words does not count.
- It is rebuilt at most once a day, so new reviews reach it within a day.
- It is written only from your own reviews.
Why it is always labelled
Visitors should know which words are your customers' and which are generated, so the card always says it is AI-generated and how many reviews it read. Neither label can be hidden.
The dashboard overview
Paid plans also show an AI overview on your dashboard, for you only: what customers praise most, what they complain about, and one suggestion drawn from the complaints. It never appears on your website.
