Choosing 5 stars only or 4 and up
On paid plans, open the widget and use the Minimum Rating setting: 5 stars only, or 4 stars and up. Free widgets are fixed at 4 stars and up.
Why the header can read lower than the cards
The header shows the rating and review count the platform publishes for your profile, which include every review. The cards only show the ones that pass the rating floor, so a 4.6 header above a row of 5-star cards is correct, not a bug.
Reviews the platform hides or removes
Each platform's own rules decide what counts. Yelp, for example, keeps reviews it does not recommend out of your rating. When a platform removes a review, it drops off your widget at the next refresh on paid plans. See how reviews update.
