- Reviews refresh automatically every day (twice a day on Business).
- Use Sync now in the widget editor to pull new reviews immediately, for example right after a customer tells you they left one.
- Reviews a platform removes drop off at the next refresh.
Free plan
A free widget shows your latest 10 reviews from the day you create it. New reviews do not appear and removed ones stay until you upgrade, at which point the widget starts refreshing. See what the free plan includes.
A new review is still missing
Check that the review is live on the platform itself first, and that it passes your widget's rating floor. Some platforms publish reviews with a delay.
