Nadir was courteous and professional, but the language barrier was a challenge.we both had to use translation apps to understand each other. Nadir was honest with his assessment of my fridge problem. He refuelled the freon telling me there was good and bad news - the Freon would get my fridge to the proper cold temp, but he couldn’t guarantee how long the temps would remain at safe levels. We’ll, after 24 hours since service call and compressor working many hours, the freezer was at 0 degrees early this morning, but as I use fridge to load groceries after shopping and make breakfast and now lunch, freezer stays at about 10 degrees. So, repair essentially did nothing.

I paid UltraFix a nonrefundable fee of $99 for them to come and give me a quote for a fridge compressor issue, and they gave me a way overpriced $1,150 labor cost quote to replace the compressor (compressor under LG warranty so the material cost is 0). I used another appliance repair company instead, they came right away and replaced the compressor for just $399 (compressor material cost covered by LG under warranty). I regret calling UltraFix to spend $99 for such an unreasonable quote. Think twice before spending your $99 on UltraFix.

Nadir from Ultrafix did an excellent job troubleshooting 3 of our appliances! When it appeared that he would not be able to fix the microwave, he said he would not charge for the work and parts he had already done. However, he was determined and continued to troubleshoot and was able to fix the microwave. Which saved me a trip and installation fee for a new one. The office was very prompt and was able to schedule day off. Would highly recommended!

I called around 10am and by 12:30 Rick was at our house, had the part in his truck, made sure it worked, and was so friendly on top if it. Communication was clear throughout and the whole experience was efficient and pleasant!

It was super easy to schedule an appointment. Paul showed up very promptly and diagnosed my dishwashers problem quickly. There were two parts he had on hand for the fix but another that needed to be ordered. They got the third part in quickly and came back and fixed everything as soon as the parts arrived. Highly recommend.

Our 23 year old Miele dishwasher stopped working after running for 10 minutes and we followed all the troubleshooting suggestions. Another appliance company came and tried unsuccessfully to diagnose the problem. Then Nadir from UltraFix came and solved the problem in 30 minutes by cleaning a part of the machine that nobody else knew could be clogged. We saved $2000 (new machine) in the process. These guys know their stuff. Thanks UltraFix!
