Edik was extremely professional, courteous, and adept in determining the root cause of my gas range problem. He effectively found the root cause after careful evaluation and corrected the problem. He then thoroughly test the correction. I highly recommend Erik for appliance repair!

Edik S. was our appliance repair tech. He was very polite and knowledgeable. After he found all that was wrong with my LG refrigerator, he ordered parts. He told me I could use an external fan to keep the compressor cool. This way we could continue to use the refrigerator until the repair could be completed. He came back a few days later with the parts for the repair. The unit is working well and no more errors or funny noises. Thanks Edik for a speedy fix.

I had a problem with water leaking inside my refrigerator. Edik quickly identified the problem and told me he could repair the freezer probiem that was causing the leak. He did a great job and also cleaned the area around the refrigerator.

Ramil came a few hours after our call for a repair of our microwave (above the stove). He found out almost immediately what the problem was but had to order the part. This was a Saturday. We received a message on Sunday that the part was in and to schedule an appointment for him to return and fix it. He returned on Tuesday and inserted the part and our microwave is working. Ramil was efficient and knew what he was doing. He was in and out in no time. I have to say this was the quickest response we have ever had in repairing an appliance.
