Very knowledgeable friendly and went right to the issue with the motherboard. Very fast too! He had to pull out the oven as well. A kitchaid built in is a lot more than the repair he did.

That’s great to hear! Tackling a built-in KitchenAid and getting straight to the motherboard issue isn’t easy—glad he handled it quickly and saved you from a much bigger expense. That’s the kind of smart, efficient service we aim for at UltraFix Appliance Repair!

Called around 10am for an appointment thinking I might have to wait a few days. Alex was at my house around 1, or shortly thereafter, same day. Dryer was fixed by 2. Alex was personable and got to work right away, told me what the issue was and had the parts to fix. He got my dryer fixed and out back together and explained everything and at a reasonable cost. If I needed to use a repair company again for a washer/dryer issue would be Alex and UltraFix.
