Adding the widget to Softr

Around five minutes, most of it spent connecting your review profiles. The Softr half is a single paste into the Custom Code block (Blocks → Static).

1. 1Open your app in the Softr Studio.
2. 2Add a block: Blocks → Static → Custom code, placed where the reviews should appear.
3. 3Paste the BlooTrue embed code into the block.
4. 4Publish — the widget renders on the live app.

Worth knowing on Softr: Softr's Custom code block is available on the Basic plan and above — free workspaces won't render it.

Can I put an all-in-one review widget on Softr?

Yes. The widget is a single embed line, so it goes anywhere Softr accepts custom HTML — the Custom Code block (Blocks → Static). There is no Softr plugin, app or extension to install, and nothing to keep updated. You need BlooTrue Starter ($7/month) or higher, because blending platforms is a paid feature.

What is an all-in-one review widget?

How many platforms can one widget blend?

2 at minimum — a blend of one is just a single-source widget. On Starter the cap is 2 platforms per widget. Pro and Business remove the cap, so a single widget can carry every platform your business is reviewed on.

Do visitors see which platform each review came from?

Yes. Every card carries its source platform badge, and the widget header can show a per-platform breakdown with each platform's own rating and review count. A blended widget that hid its sources would read as invented, which defeats the point of showing reviews at all.

Where should the widget go on a Softr site?

Softr client portals and directories earn trust fast with third-party stars on the landing block, right above the sign-up CTA. A blended widget earns a more prominent slot than a single-platform one, because it answers "is this business well reviewed anywhere?" rather than "how is their Google rating?".

Does it slow a Softr page down?

No. The embed loads asynchronously after your page paints, so it never blocks Softr content or your Core Web Vitals. It is one script line with no plugin and no jQuery dependency.
